Semi-Annual Inspections (2) with site condition reports
- Assisting with submission of permits and compliance with Ontario Building & Fire Code for any property/unit alterations
- Emergency repairs and renovations when necessary
- Immediately filing and serving of all proper eviction notices
- Changing locks or arranging for the sale of tenant possessions if rent goes unpaid as per the CTA
- Liaise and provide reports/documentation to legal teams during any issues
- Tenants will have their own portal login where they can submit work order
